It also applies to any personal data we collect when you apply to work for WorldVia or during your engagement with us. This policy covers all interactions involving any websites, products, or services that link to this Privacy Policy, including the WorldVia.PRO Subscription Service and WorldVia Travel Network Membership Service.
Consent and Continued Use. By using our websites, products, services, or interacting with us in any other way, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, and you consent to the practices described herein. If you do not agree with any aspect of this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue your use of our services.
The independent agent members of WorldVia and its affiliates (‘WorldVia Members’) may collect and manage Personal Data on your behalf when using our product and services, or what we may refer to as the Subscription Service. "Subscription Service" means all of our web-based applications, tools and platforms that WorldVia Members may subscribe to under a Member Agreement or that we otherwise make available to WorldVia Members, and are developed, operated, and maintained by us and/or for us, accessible via https://worldvia.pro or another designated URL, and any ancillary products and services, including website hosting, that we provide to WorldVia Members. When WorldVia Members use the Subscription Service, WorldVia processes Personal Data as a processor under the direction of WorldVia Members. Our WorldVia Members, as data controllers, are responsible for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent prior to collecting their customers’ Personal Data using the Subscription Service.
We regularly update this Privacy Policy to ensure it remains accurate and compliant with evolving legal requirements. We encourage you to review this document periodically. Material changes will be communicated through updates on our website, and in some cases, via email, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. By continuing to use our services after such updates, you agree to the changes outlined in the updated Privacy Policy.

We collect various types of personal data depending on how you interact with WorldVia and its services. This section describes the types of data we collect, how we collect it, and the sources of that data.
Types of Personal Data Collected

Information We Process on Behalf of WorldVia Members When they Use the Subscription Service
Our product, or the Subscription Service, allows WorldVia Members to create and share marketing, sales and customer service content. When WorldVia Members use our product, they may collect Personal Data such as first and last name, email address, physical address, phone number, or other information about you. We call the information that WorldVia Members submit or collect via the product ‘Customer Data’ under our Member Terms of Use.
We do not control the content of WorldVia Members' webpages or the types of Personal Data that WorldVia Members may choose to collect or manage using the Subscription Service. We store Customer Data on our service providers' servers but process it as a processor under WorldVia Members’ instructions and in accordance with our Member Terms of Service as necessary to provide and improve the Subscription Service, to perform our obligations under any contract with you or a WorldVia Member, and as required by law.
WorldVia Members control and are responsible for correcting, deleting or updating the information they process using the Subscription Service and for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent prior to transferring the Personal Data to WorldVia for processing purposes.
Gmail Integration
As a WorldVia Member, if you use the Gmail integration or choose to integrate any other Google Workspace application with the Subscription Service, you will be asked to give us access to information from your Gmail or Google account. You can learn more about how we access this data via the in-app notice from Google when you connect to Gmail.
By using the Gmail integration with the Subscription Service you will grant the Subscription Service access to information associated with your account, including contacts, emails, calendar, distribution lists, and subject lines. In addition, the Subscription Service will be able to read, modify, create, and send emails from your connected Gmail account. The Subscription Service will store replies, outgoing mail, email headers, subject line, distribution lists, aliases, time sent, and email bodies. Your email may contain sensitive information, such as names of your contacts, your private communications, or financial or medical information.
Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data
WorldVia's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide WorldVia access to the following types of your Google data, WorldVia's use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:
WorldVia will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
WorldVia will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
WorldVia will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for WorldVia's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
Log Files
Like most websites and technology services delivered over the Internet, we automatically collect and store information about your computer hardware and software when you visit our websites, use our product and services, or visit other sites or services that link to this Privacy Policy. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), and the files viewed on our websites (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), the files viewed on our, or our customer’s websites (if those websites are hosted on WorldVia e.g. HTML pages or, graphics etc), your operating system, access times and referring website addresses.
When you use the Subscription Service or the websites, we collect and store the categories of information listed above in logs in the following instances, subject to the customer’s implementation settings:
• When a WorldVia user logs into their account and accesses tools in the WorldVia Platform;
• When an individual visits a WorldVvia Member’s website, if the website is hosted by WorldVia; or
By using our services, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, and store your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

Consumers Opting Out of WorldVia’s Marketing Communications
You may choose to opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by:

Please note that you cannot opt out of transactional emails related to your account or use of the Subscription Service or business services related to your Member Agreement.
Consumers Opting Out of WorldVia Independent Advisor Member’s Marketing Communications
WorldVia Members are solely responsible for their own marketing emails and other communications; we cannot unsubscribe you from their communications. If you are a customer, prospect, or otherwise interact with a WorldVia Member, you can unsubscribe from their marketing communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of their emails, or by contacting them directly.
