A 90-minute consultation to explore your travel goals, budget, and timeline. Whether you're planning on your own or considering working with us. Two ways to use this session: Option A: Consultation Only Get expert guidance, ask questions about your trip plans, and walk away with clarity on next steps. You'll handle your own planning and booking. ($125 - not credited) Option B: Gateway to Full Planning Services Use this session to determine which planning service is right for you. If you move forward with Custom Travel Planning, AllFam, or a Legacy Journey, your $125 is credited toward your total planning fee. Cancellation Policy
By proceeding with an online booking through TravelWithKey LLC (“Company”), you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern all consultation appointments relating to Legacy Journeys and related services. 1. Booking of Appointments All consultation appointments must be scheduled and secured through the Company’s designated online booking system. A non-refundable deposit of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) (“Deposit”) is required at the time of scheduling to reserve the consultation. The Deposit will be applied toward the Company’s standard planning fee of the selected service should Client elect to proceed with services following the consultation. The remaining balance of the planning fee will be due upon execution of the Client Service Agreement. 2. Cancellation and Modification of Appointments Client may reschedule or cancel a consultation appointment without penalty provided that written notice (via the Company’s booking platform or by electronic mail) is received no later than twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. a. Rescheduling or cancellation between one (1) and twelve (12) hours prior to the appointment: Client shall forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the Deposit. The remaining fifty percent (50%) may, at the Company’s sole discretion, be applied toward a future appointment. b. Rescheduling or cancellation less than one (1) hour prior to the appointment, or failure to attend (“no-show”): Client shall forfeit one hundred percent (100%) of the Deposit. No credits, refunds, or transfers shall be permitted. 3. Non-Transferability All bookings are personal to the Client and are non-transferable. Appointments may not be reassigned, transferred, or sold to any third party under any circumstances. 4. Method of Refund Where applicable, partial refunds of the Deposit (as set forth in Section 2(a)) will be processed to the original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days. 5. Company Rights The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to unavailability of staff or force majeure events. In such instances, the Client shall be offered either (i) a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost or (ii) a full refund of the Deposit. 6.
